2. Current driver's license or State ID are required to ensure you are 21 years or older. 

3. Your Mobile ID and Customer ID will be processed and can take up to one (1) hour. Game credits will be loaded to accounts after all transactions have been verified by third-party payment providers and Virtual Fortune.

BROWSER CLOSURE

Close the Internet browser to load, reload, or redeem from your account. Cashiers cannot load nor redeem from your account when customer(s) are still logged into the site.  Completely log off the site or Internet Browser for faster service.

As a member, you have agreed to the "Terms and Conditions" set forth by Virtual Fortune. Requests for chargebacks, disputes, and/or rollbacks will be reviewed by a third party to ensure validity. If you have more than one chargeback in a year, you will be terminated.
